Emails, emails but all without the spam

We are pleased to announce that we are moving to Rackspace as our email provider.  This means that all our emails now come with anti-spam protection.

Rackspace are a leading provider of email salutation.  Over 1 million users worldwide depend on Rackspace Email. Their web-based email client was built from the ground up as an all-in-one, software-free email management system. The business applications suite is constantly evolving around the tools businesses need to communicate and be productive.

They have been managing our dedicated servers for over two years now and our uptime has exceeded 99.9%.

All our current email accounts are to be moved over the next few months.  This will be a painless process and totally free of charge. If you have an advance mail box this will be upgraded to a hosted account.

There are 3 main email packages.

Standard

With every Vision Website you have two standard email accounts. These email accounts come with spam and virus protection, 50mb file attachments and SSL encryption. Additional email accounts are charged at just £7.50 per year.

Hosted

The hosted mailbox includes all the features of the standard mailbox plus a 10GB mailbox, daily backup and the ability to access all contacts, calendar information, task lists, and notes across your desktop, laptop and mobile devices. Charged at just £12.50 per mailbox per year.

Hosted Microsoft exchange

The Power of Microsoft Exchange - send, receive and share your way with Microsoft Exchange, the number 1 email platform for companies worldwide. Full collaborative features of Outlook / Exchange including Rich email interface, individual and shared calendars, individual and shared contact lists, individual and shared task lists and Public folders. Our hosted exchange mailboxes come with spam and virus protection, 50MB file attachments, SSL encryption and a 2gb mailbox. Charged at £100 per mailbox per year.

Welcome to our first Vision Blog and it is certainly exciting times for all of us at Vision ICT Ltd.

Last year we celebrated ten years of trading and we start this year by  launching our new logo, website and marketing material. We hope you like our new site which is designed to look clean, vibrant and easy to navigate. The website also pulls together Vision’s three core activities –Websites, Data backup and Questionnaires onto the one site and we hope you will contact us with any enquiries you may have or if you need more  information.

Enough of all of Vision’s new developments.  Above all,  Vision will continue to provide the highest possible level of advice and support  whether you are a current client or a new client who wishes to benefit from our services. We do know from all our clients that providing you with help and support when you need it, is a vital part of our service.

So how good is the level and quality of our support? Well thanks to our on line ‘Questionnaire’ facility we are delighted to report that both in the level and the quality of our support 87% of our clients rated Vision as ‘Excellent’.
